This is one of my favorite scents and I've purchased it regularly. However I ordered the XL a few months ago to burn this fall and I've had issues with it from the start. The wax built up along the sides and one of the wicks kept going out. At one point it was buried completely. I do take care of my candles and trim the wicks etc. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly but after emails back and forth they put it on me and not the quality of the candle that was at fault. I've never had issues with their candles in the past and I've done nothing differently so it's frustrating that they would not take responsibility for it. I will likely still purchase this scent but not in the XL. Unfortunately the Large is often sold out as it is now.
